Technical Details and Ingredients

Ingredients: Hake fillets (65%), wheat flour, water, vegetable sunflower oil, wheat starch, salt, yeast, spices. May contain traces of mustard.
Storage: Keep at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
Usage tips: Cook the product while still frozen in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
